[OSM-talk-be] Afkortingen/Abbréviations

Hi,

While adding bus stops, I'm inclined to expand the abbreviations. This
usually makes sense for
O.L.V (Onze-Lieve-Vrouw)
St. -> Sint- or straat
H. -> Heilig
PZ (Psychiatrisch ziekenhuis)
Dr. -> Dokter
Stwg -> Steenweg
Burg. -> Burgemeester

Where it feels odd is:
U.Z. or AZ
R.M.S.
V.T.I.
RVT

Where I'd really prefer not to expand:

OCMW / CPAS
P&R
BLOSO

I'd prefer to leave the last two categories abbreviated. For the schools
and hospitals, it should be the school/hospital which has the full name
next to the abbreviated version.
