I assume that what's on the street sign is what it should be ?
I that doesn't match with what 's in AGIV then I would just report it to
the GIS coordinator of the community.

BTW, AZ or UZ: not sure if I understand the question, but if you're
wondering whether it should be AZ or UZ for a university hospital: AZ has
been discontinued quite a while ago. It used to stand for Akademisch
Ziekenhuis", but to avoid confusion with "Algemeen Ziekenhuis", which is
used by non-academic sites, nowadays all university hospitals are UZ, all
others are AZ (in Dutch).
Most French-speaking hospitals use CHU for UZ.
