[OSM-talk-be] Belgian cadastre

Funny how their "stratenplan" conflicts with their "GRB" in my
neighbourhood. And OSM conflicts with the two, as I followed the local name
signs.

Just check out this location in Staden in their viewer:
http://osm.org/go/0EgfAQ2SJ-- The streets "Steenovendreef", "Moerasstraat"
and "Penninckweg" are all conflicting.

It's also neat to see how they use OpenLayers to display their tiles.
