Actually, it's not a server problem. I checked out the SVN of the dutch
flyer, and in the props-base you can configure this:
glenn at byte-consult:~/svn/dutch_flyer_2013_02/.svn/prop-base$ cat
osmflyer1.png.svn-base
K 13
svn:mime-type
V 24
application/octet-stream
END
So I guess it's up to Ben to update the prop list:
glenn at byte-consult:~/svn/dutch_flyer_2013_02$ svn proplist osmflyer1.png
Properties on 'osmflyer1.png':
svn:mime-type
Problem solved for 50% now.
