The page isn't about the traffic_sign=* tag, it's just there for a little help 
to know how to tag certain features, as a quick reference guide, to point 
mappers into the right direction if they're looking for a way to tag something 
when they encounter a traffic sign.

Sure, if you're going to tag the traffic signs themselves, then you can go 
crazy and find some way to tag all the signs like 
traffic_sign=C43[70];C43[50];TVIIa[3.5]
fo
   (70)
   (50)
  [+3.5t]

But that tag can use its own page, because then you'll also have to define 
ways to map the extra information on the sign (numbers, text, symbols...)
