[OSM-talk-be] Touring Mobilis and OSM

It's just a background picture, they don't use our data.

That's defenitely an OSM map they are using.  At the bottom right you 
can see: powered by : http://www.giscloud.com/ and they give 
openstreetmap credit.  Of course the layer on top is their own.  I don't 
think it's 'our' data anyway, so afaik.  They are perfectly ok to do this

No, it's not.  It's Mobilis.  Check the site -again.
