Hi Marc,

I think no bot or massive re-tagging will be used since the update process
is a bit complex for such a process.

Several things has to be done :
- The first one is to bring generators features and plant together (today
we often have a global power station or standalone generators
 but only a few situation with the two). power=plant on the perimeter or
relation and power=generator on devices which convert power.
- The second is to have a better description of output ratings of  all that
stuff.
- Finally, the 2 points above will lead to avoid power=station (as a power
plant) usage on the map.

I will ask for osmose improvements to ease that work.
