Since there are more people on this mailing list than on the forum, I'll
forward a question (with his permission) from the forum:

The way is in Mont-Saint-Guibert. It seems like someone was trying to map a
bus route by duplicating all roads.

Trying to remove duplicated ways in Belgium, I found some strange situation.
*Could somebody help me to understand* what means tags of this way
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/155337190 ?
This way is overlaying the another way
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/31453123 .

Thanks. Of course - You can forward my question, we all need to make maps
to be correct and good quality.
There are a lot of another duplicates in Belgium, we use validator at
http://peirce.zkir.ru/qa/BE-WAL and http://peirce.zkir.ru/qa/BE-VLG
