[OSM-talk-be] Geocoding met foute postcode's

The person that made this error has made several , at random I started 
checking his edits, things like numbers that are in the wrong key 
(addr:housename=537)

Edited twice more, but user TAA didn't seem to have fixed that mistake.

I find it more and more disturbing that people are just creating more 
work for others by delivering low quality or careless work.
