tx for the notice.  I'm cleaning up the whole postal code information as 
we speak, plenty of errors:

- city in  addr:postcode
- reversing city with postcode
- postal codes prepended with B or B- or B<space>
- postcode + city in addr:postcode
- housenumbers in as the postcode

I'm looking straight into the placex table from nominatim to see what 
crap is in there, and then use Overpass to extract the data into JOSM so 
I can edit and fix.  Almost done with the current mess.

My edit history reflects this mess.  I think half of it is due to not 
paying enough attention to what josm autocompletes while entering a new key.

I hope this will sort out the Belgium quality of postal codes as it 
stands now.   Whatever the future will bring us, atleast the present is 
correct.
