[OSM-talk-be] Adding path - correctly done? - stream vs lake

Hello,

I'm a new mapper and added yesterday a new path based on GPS data I
collected driving the path with my bike.

I just would like that someone takes a look if I did it right?
It is the path in Mechelen-Noord, parallel to the R6, going from the Dijle
to the Vrouwvliet (Slachthuislaan).
I called the path "Fietspad Dijle-Nekkerspoel" because there are arrows
stating "Nekkerspoel" to the one direction and "Dijle" to the other.

Did I put it there correctly? Are the tags correct?

I made a link to an existing path following Vrouwvliet. Why is that in
another coding than mine? Is it because the tags are different?

Another question I have: the stream there is marked as different areas
stating "lake" with no name.

Can I change these into "stream" and naming them Vrouwvliet?

I'm asking these questions because I want to construct and not destroy the
map...
