I feel like we should add all of them 'Fusiegemeentes'  , they is almost 
no other source of information that gathers them all, noone really 
knows, Google maps is as clueless as it gets too, some borders are very 
strange (Werchter for example at google looks like they only took the 
'bebouwde kom').
