[OSM-talk-be] Urbis, first feedback

First,

*Thanks everybody for the hard work on this!*

Please again people, check what you do... i've corrected many errors from
Urbis Import ....
I think it's better to integrate thing slowly  but w-o having to go back to
correct everything...

i've fixed a lot things like :
- Street name does not match the relation/addr:street tags
- Self intersecting buildings (ok they are in urbis but please, fix them
...)
- buildings imported 2 times

You can use 3 Tools to verify your things :
- The Josm Validator Tool
- Osmose <http://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/>
- Osmi<http://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/?view=addresses&lon=4.37768&lat=50.82996&zoom=13&overlays=buildings,buildings_with_addresses,postal_code,nodes_with_addresses_defined,nodes_with_addresses_interpolated,no_addr_street,street_not_found,interpolation,interpolation_errors,connection_lines,nearest_points,nearest_roads>(datas
lag a bit but still usefull)
