[OSM-talk-be] Working with PostGIS and Python to convert De Lijndata

I'm describing the procedures I'm using to convert the data from De Lijn to
osm and wiki format (for reports). Maybe it's useful for other projects as
well, or it may help somebody else to continue the effort in case I'd get
hit by a bus.

A lot of work went in already, but it's all still in a preparation stage.
I'm trying to work towards a hosted platform to make it easier for others
to help in the effort of adding the stops.

At the moment I'm concentrating on finding the stops we entered with refs,
where the distance differs:
(I sent a link to this page to De Lijn as feedback, so they can fix the
positions in their DB if they want)
