[OSM-talk-be] Intro and invitation to Random Hacks of Kindness

Forgot to mention: not only the hiking routes are missing, but sometimes
the paths themselves are missing too.
So in case you are going to add the route information, be prepared to add
the paths too. In OSM it is not possible to have a route without and
underlying way.

p.s. I'm talking here about the wandelknooppunten and their routes, not the
GRs, nor the walking routes indicated by (typically) coloured arrows.
