[OSM-talk-be] Osm-be on twitter

Hi,

I created an OpenStreetMap belgium twitter account. I hope everybody is OK
with this.

If someone wants access to post his/her own relevant news please let me
know. If someone doesn't approve this account also let me know we can
discuss and even close the account if there is no community-support.

We would be able to announce things there with better access to broader
audiences and maybe in this way recruite more mappers or involve them more
closely in our activities.
