[OSM-talk-be] Documenting AGIV Crab import

I've written some more detailed documentation on the AGIV Crab import. So
far only using the website as reference, JOSM setup, describing the Osmose
task website and processing a simple case.

Please let me know what you think of

And yes, I've uploaded the data (I just couldn't throw it away after all
that hard work :-)  )

the more complex cases are for another time.

things to be discussed:

* adding addr:street to node/building
* adding more addr:* tags to the associatedStreet-relation
