Hi,

I'm emailing again about the import.

A few decisions I have made that I think are reasonable and in some way
correspond to the wishes of everybody although nobody will get what they
want 100%:

- In the import tool there will be NO associate street relation: people who
know how to do this can add this information if they want. Mappers that are
not able to do this can still help this way. It comes down to the same
information in the end it's only structured differently.

- Addresses have to go on the building: If there are no buildings we will
need to trace them. OSM is a community project and we need accept that
there is a LOT of manual work involved. If we can't manage this we will
need more mappers.

- Seperate account: A seperate account has to used. The guidelines changed
this to mandatory, If I don't include this in the proposal it will be
rejected. If you do want to use your own account then that risk is your
own! :-)

I know I sound a bit like a politician now but if I don't we will never get
this done :-) I have also sent an email to the imports list with these
details.

I hope this is acceptable for everybody and that we (or me in particular)
can finally go back to proper mapping... and we can start working on this.
