[OSM-talk-be] AGIV CRAB (again)

so when I use Agiv/Crab as I do now occasionally, copy it manually from the
Agiv website (or "referring" if you want), I don't need a separate account,
but when I use the addr.openstreetmap.fr I need a separate account ?

my choice is made :-)
