Yes, similar to AGIV and another SPW server that's now phased out.
All the data I know can be seen here
<http://geoportail.wallonie.be/WalOnMap>. I hope there could be more.
I hope that Julien means "all the data should be accessible in WMS"; 
none is in WMS presently.
According to Julien, permission is under negotiation.  He will tell us.
