So clicking some road now gets me nodes that look like:
addr:housenumber=46
source=Rennes Métropole - 05/2013

I assume that that source is wrong?

I see that there is an associatedStreet relationship with the name
of the street. But it also has "source=Rennes Métropole - 05/2013".

I assume that when we do this import that we have to:
- Remove duplicate addresses
- Merge the associatedStreet with existing associatedStreets if
  they exist.
- Add the street to the relation
- Check that it actually makes sense, like checking that there
is a building by visiting it or with aerial photos.

Possibly we also want to:
- Change it from a node to adding that information to building if
there is a building. But there should be no problem having a
both a node and a building there, but I prefer it on the
  building.

It now seems to have different options like "imported manually",
"not imported", "imported but needs review", "already ok in osm".

I'm not sure what you mean with all this. Either it needs someone
to look at it, or it doesn't.
