André suggested to use leisure=playground for the 'speelplaats' of a
school. To me leisure=playground stands for speeltuin/plaine de jeux. The
inside of a school where children play during their breaks is something
else, unless it's open to the public to come and let their children play
there all the time.
Normally it should be enough to simply not tag it at all. If it's the inner
part of a multipolygon, it already serves its purpose to make a 'hole' in
the building.
If you like you can add surface=paved, I guess.
