[OSM-talk-be] transfer of osm.be

is it really necessary to have a vzw/asbl to get osm.be and organize some
activities, be officially represented ? if yes, it can go rather fast as we
have discussed it already and have some basis for the statutes in the wiki
(and knowledgeable people)

If not, skip the point and move forward.

I personnally think that it would help to have a vzw/asbl to collect money,
(to spend of servers, bandwidth, materials like gps, meetings, advertizing
material ...), be officially represented, have members ...
