You may tag the house number on a node of the house.
This helps the number and the name not fighting for the same place.
I was doing that when I noticed they're doing it in France too.
Any node is OK unless it's common to 2 houses, of course.
The best is to add a node in the middle of the front wall.
In your case, several even spaced and in the street order.

Yes, ground=0, just as year 0 so that -1 is not a multiple of 4.
I learned that in the States when I burst in a hurry into a ladies' room.
Right number, just next to the hotel lift, but wrong floor.
