[OSM-talk-be] Invisible castles

The default (Mapnik) renderer changed not too long ago. It used to be the
case that everything with a name tag was rendered. This is no longer the
case and might cause the issue you noticed.
Since a castle is a building I see no problem to add a tag
building=yes/residential/...
