[OSM-talk-be] Osmose: "Non power node on power way"

OK I did not selected the plant all the nodes. Not selecting them, only 
the workspace gives no errors of the plant.
Now it gives in the validator:
Ontbrekende tag power tower/pole binnen elektriciteitskabel (16)
Now looking in the wiki what that means....
