[OSM-talk-be] Stops of TEC can now be added to Openstreetmap

Hi,

The best way to work with that Dropbox is to install dropbox yourself. I'm
updating the file regularly. Usually there is no new data from TEC, but the
stops that were added won't be flagged with odbl=new.

Switch JOSM to expert mode to see those tags which will be removed silently.

If the stops 'are' in OSM, but they didn't have ref tags from TEC yet, then
they still need to be updated.

Conflation needs to be done manually.

The skeleton route relations can only be created when all the stops for a
line are already in OSM. So it's not possible to add the skeletons at
present. I could do it for De Lijn, but there doesn't seem to be much
interest.

I think you'd be interested in some plugins and you should definitely check
out filtering (to reduce what you see). Download along seems rather error
prone and time consuming. I'm using the downloader which can download from
Overpass API, which is very fast and can download larger areas in one go.

The file with the 'routes' from TEC, I converted that one to GPX, then I
changed how the GPX should be displayed, width=6, colour purple. This is a
big help for creating the routes. Something we didn't have for adding the
routes of De Lijn.

But let's concentrate on the stops at the moment.
