Hi,

We (Champs Libres) created a WMS with the TEC busses stops.

I created a dedicated page here to explain how to use it :
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Belgium/Mapping_resources/TEC

(oups, I wrote in French... We will have to translate this and move this
onto a dedicated translated page...)

The style of the features in the WMS are quite basic. Make your
suggestion by forking the dedicated repo here :
https://github.com/Champs-Libres/GeoChampsLibresDotCoop_OSMTools . For
instance, I think the font size is quite little. Do you want me to
increase it ?

We use geoserver and sld files. The references are available on the
geoserver.org website.

In the repo, there is also a tutorial about "how to add WMS in JOSM"
that you may improve, if needed.

Could you have a look on the wiki page ? I suggest a lot of conventions,
and I try to make it simple for beginners.

I have a lot of questions about those suggestions (I am ready to discuss
them). Some of my questions :

- operator : I propose to use tec-wl.be for all the operator
- network : I propose to use also tec-wl.be. I am not sure we should
distinguish "TEC Liège", "TEC Hainaut", etc.
- what if a "stop area" have multiple ids ? I suggest to add a ref=* on
each stop_position and platform, and add all ids separated with a comma
on the relation which will gather them

In a few days, I will add the bus lines to the WMS.

Regards,
Julien Fastré
