A roundabout needs no oneway=yes

and the bicycles must follow the same restrictions as all vehicles
unless an exception is tagged
<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Oneway#Sub_keys_.2F_exceptions> (an
exception means that the bicycles are normal vehicles without an exception).
The direction of the way must be in the direction of the oneway and it
looks correct.
It's looks like a bug of the software. If you change the vehicle to
car, it makes the same roundabout mistake.
You should report it.

Do you mean a two-lane road or something else? Give the URL of an example.
