[OSM-talk-be] street cabinets

Hallo,

from time to time I map some street cabinets (
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Street_cabinet )

One type of cabinets that I see regularly have a reference number similar
to 03HEM0/256 TYCAB 18 1L, i.e. always "TYCAB 18 1L" at the end.

None of them has an operator listed.

Anyone knows for the purpose (electricity, gas, telecommunication,
cable_tv, etc..) and operator of those cabinets ?
