[OSM-talk-be] Destination tagging on motorways

my old GPS always used the "national_ref", so it didn't know about the E19,
but always said "enter the A2", which is equally annoying as using the
wrong city as in your case (not sure about the 2, could have been A1, but
you get the picture)
