Hello,

There is a joint proposal for a geospatial devroom (OSGeo, Locationtech and
OSM people), we may want to wait if we have it  or not (will be announced
1/10) before filing a request for a stand.

You should actually also check with OSM france (Gael Musquet). AFAIK hey
were planning to have a stand also.
