How to "pre added" the starting point in osm direction?

On my site I have a long list of addresses of "gehoorzaamheid - 
obéissance" dogclubs
https://sites.google.com/site/hondensportsportcanin/Home/clubs see right 
column mapadres (internet explorer blocks iframe code, so use chrome or 
firefox.)

Now using maplinks like:
http://maps.google.be/maps?q=@50.789117,3.198545
On the map it set the pointer and the user must only put his own address 
in for routing.
How to do it in OSM?  Attention when using other gps location it show 
the cache page.

This do not work.
