[OSM-talk-be] How to "pre added" the starting point in osm direction? Talk-be Digest, Vol 88, Issue 3

A somewhat identical remark about 'preadded', (see below):
Using http://www.openlinkmap.org/ e.g.  around coord. 3.14470 ; 
50.96840  (Beveren; Roeselare)
and clicking the black little circles, you'll find 2 times the same 
information;
  once on 3.14415 ; 50.96871 (a node) in the centre of the village,
and once on 3.15158 ; 50.97644 [the 'centre'? of Relation: Beveren 
(1334008)]  in the middle of nowhere...
The first seems logic, the second less.
Question:
- 1.  How to manipulate the placement of the 'centre' of the relation to 
the centre of the village
  in stead of in the centre of nowhere.
- 2.  Delete the first (node) so there is no double info?
