[OSM-talk-be] The Historic Places map and Vandermaelen

Marc, you know that Vandermaelen is also available to the Agiv WMTS (only
for Flanders though)? But that WMTS also has Popp, Ferraris and Frickx
maps, so offers even more comparison.

Add this link in JOSM under WMTS imagery to get it: wmts:
http://tile.informatievlaanderen.be/ws/raadpleegdiensten/wmts?request=getcapabilities&service=wmts&version=1.0.0
