[OSM-talk-be] Question : why are the housenumbers not 'visible' next to a map-icon on OSM ?

Hi,

It's indeed so that the default renderer tries to render the most important
information. So when a house number is present, it tries to render that,
but a name and shop icon are more important, so when those are present,
they push away the house numbers.

When you want to see all addresses, you should look at a specialised map.
F.e. the geofabrik overlay where you can select different ways to see
addresses:
http://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/?view=addresses&lon=3.03396&lat=50.90463&zoom=12&overlays=buildings_with_addresses

Regards,
Sander
