[OSM-talk-be] Brussels by bicycle

I'd come over and mapillary the situation :-) I'll have to get my foldable
bicycle up and running again. Managed to kill the 'derailleur', so I'll
have to disable that and only use the gears in the wheel, going from 24
back to 3 gears. :-( Anyway, we'd have to go slow, lest we bump into the
road 'furniture'.
