[OSM-talk-be] Urbis update

Hi,

as some of you were interested, i've compute the missing building of urbis
...

here is a heatmap...

Sorry no tiles ... they are really too heavy for my poor workstation...

So in summary we have 95,96% of all urbis building and miss more or less 10
000.

Note : I only use urbis ref to detect missing buildings... and if a
building is in urbis but not in the real life, it will obviously marked as
missing ;-)
