[OSM-talk-be] How to map streets with limited parking time?

We're not talking about copyright, but database right. Someone put effort
in gathering the data, even if it's a small effort, this still counts.
In European law, this work is protected by the database rights. Certainly
when it's not the only way to gather the information. In this case, it's
possible to gather the information via a survey. So the map is completely
protected.
Next to the strict laws, osmf doesn't have money to get into big lawsuits,
so it's better to be safe than sorry, and not use possibly illegal sources.
Also, when illegally added data has to be taken down, it also infects a lot
of legal data added on top of it, like you might remember from the license
change.
Thus, as a resume, only use a source when you have an explicit, written
approval.
