[OSM-talk-be] Wallonia to publish data from OSM

[Julien Fastré]

I was thinking about that when the dataset will be published on their
portal.

I was also thinking that a Communique de presse / persmededeling could
be published at this time.

Do you think it would be necessary to do it now ?
