[OSM-talk-be] Urbis update

Hi here :)

I did another update of my coutings for urbis ...
we are close but not really totally done yet.... (and we speak only about
building here)

we miss smth like 4000 buildings in brussels .... so we've imported an
average of 98,52% of every buildings

most of them are small buildings, but sometimes it's also addresses or
major buildings that are missings

So here are the numbers as usual ...
