Hi Nicolas,
I tend to aggree, I've not had a lot of spare time lately to spend on
OSM personally. But I'm sure I can commit in working on this for the
next year. Give ourselves specific goals and reach them by then. I
think I can also network a lot better in order to get funding /
sponsorship. I know lots of people are on board once I've been able to
propose and talk to them. With good preperation, some stuff on paper
that will work. It will probably give us a very good chance in winning
it as well by 2017.
In any case : If you fail to plan, your plan will fail.
Lets not fail to plan.
