Hi Ben, thanks for your answer. You make a point here by submitting this document : it wasn’t clear to me that such document existed and was mandatory, at least against a simple authorisation email.

Now I think that a public administration will for sure be afraid to sign such a document. They hate written things ;-)

Let’s wait and see. Up to now : no answer.
