Hello,

OSGeo.be, the belgian local chapter of OSGeo, will organize its first
OSGeoDevEvening, an evening where developers/researchers can learn &
speak about a specific tech.

The subject is OpenLayers 3 (and also about webmapping), the speakers
are Thomas Gratier (http://webgeodatavore.com - Nantes) and Pierre
Marchand (http://atelier-cartographique.be - Bruxelles).

It will take place on monday 18 april from 19h to 22h at Bruxelles
Environnement (Avenue du Port, 1000 Bruxelles).
