Cool that you want to sponsor the server! 
Regarding OKFN help: We can help with setting up stuff or coach you how to do it yourself. 
But we don’t have budget to pay for merch ourselves (big name, small NPO ;)). 

Eg. I can help think on what to provide at the stand Glenn proposes and maybe find volunteer to help us man it.
