Marc, that was in my original message: "I think for now, it'll be mostly
announcing events, sometimes a little newsflash or a call for sponsors . I
think once or twice a month would be more than enough."

A thing like a quarterly project looks absolutely suitable here, good idea.
And yes on communicating expected mailing frequency.

I do like the idea of a Belgian OSM-weekly type thing, but it sounded a bit
more complicated than the current proposal, and a bit too similar to how we
use this list. So I'm not going to work in that direction right now, but
please do if you have the time.
