I believe this can only done by the DWG and is only used in case of
data that violates a license or for sensistive data. Never for
vandalism or other mistakes.

Furthermore the data is not deleted from any dataset that was taken
from the main server before the "purge" is done. Not everybody
realizes this (although I know Glenn does)
