Will  that be a website ?  A bit like vmarc's website for walking
networks or Wambacher's boundary website? It would be nice to get an
overview of broken relations, without having to download an area and
then run a "validator".

For me, WhoDidIt is not ideal. I rather see something listing all
"broken" relations in an area (read Belgium)
