Ok, I cleaned most of it up, there is in fact a few that are correct
positives, in particular:
Puivelde:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/300234626#map=18/51.17292/4.07075
Herhout: http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/273054854#map=19/50.73002/3.96512
Haltine: http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/471626767
No 'residential' roads nearby. Not really sure those are even valid
places, not in any relationship either, I'm leaving this up to the local
mapper(s)
Now a few are really problematic:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3883031456#map=14/50.5168/4.6179
Triangle : Sombreffe , Tongrinne and Boignee
in JOSM this whole area is filled with errors, For Sombreffe, the ways
from this boundary section is duplicate and a lot of duplicate boundary
nodes (158). This will take a bit of effort to fix it.
