[OSM-talk-be] Missing Maps, in Belgium

Hi,

It's been on our wishlist for a very long time, and thanks to Jonathan
Belien, we now have it: a Belgian tasking manager!

Here's an example task [1] ; not Missing Maps Wallonia, but Missing Maps
Halle. Just showcasing what is easily possible: a specific task for a
certain area, clear instructions about what we want done, and some sources
which load straight to JOSM or iD (not Potlatch :)

This is just an example, but there are lots of possibilities!

* Something similar with the Slow Roads inventory
* mapping buildings in residential areas in Wallonia (you can use polygons
instead of squares to define a task)
* map all the shops in a part of town (we could use statistical sectors
there)

If you have been working on something, and would like some outside help -
or just keep track of your project - just suggest a task here or on our
Trello [2].
